Damage replacement
Damaged or defective shipments replaced within 14 days of delivery.
Processing times
Orders placed before 6pm UK time on working days are shipped the next working day.
If you've ordered the cooling case, please allow a few extra days for your order, due to a new upgraded design we are still waiting for stock.
Delivery timeframe
All UK orders arrive in 1–3 working days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier.
UK only, at launch
We currently ship to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials for safety and chain-of-custody reasons. Unopened, unbroken shipments may be returned within 14 days for a store credit. Damaged, defective, or missing items are replaced at no charge within 14 days of confirmed delivery — email support with your order number and photos.
