Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm GMT/BST on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day to avoid cold-chain interruption over non-delivery days.
Delivery timeframe
All UK orders arrive in 1–3 working days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier.

We currently ship to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials for safety and chain-of-custody reasons. Unopened, unbroken cold-chain shipments may be returned within 14 days for a store credit. Damaged, defective, or missing items are replaced at no charge within 14 days of confirmed delivery — email support with your order number and photos.
