Lawful basis for processing

  • Contract: to take payment, fulfil your order, and provide customer support.
  • Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements.
  • Legitimate interests: to keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve our service. You can object at any time.

  • Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — hosting and database provider for our backend.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep data

Order records are retained for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are kept for two years. Anonymised technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

International transfers

Some processors (e.g. our hosting provider) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, and portability. To exercise any of these, email thepuritystandardteam@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
