All products offered by The Purity Standard are sold strictly for laboratory research and further manufacturing use. Our products are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, in-vivo administration in humans, cosmetic use, veterinary application, or use in food products. Products are not licensed medicines and have not been assessed by the MHRA. Any use outside of qualified laboratory research is prohibited.

Qualified researcher affirmation
You represent that you are a qualified researcher, licensed medical professional, or otherwise appropriately trained individual acquiring materials for legitimate research purposes within a controlled laboratory setting.
Jurisdictional restrictions
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and institutional laws and regulations. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order we cannot lawfully fulfil to your jurisdiction. Certain compounds are restricted or prohibited in certain regions.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices displayed on product pages and at checkout are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. A VAT invoice is available on request.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
